If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to our Serta Simmons Customer Service team to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty.

White Glove Delivery+

White Glove Delivery+ includes:

• Set up of the item(s) in the room of your choice. 

• Assembly of a universal bed frame (if no tools are required).

• Setup is not provided for any base or frame not sold by Serta.

• Removal & disposal of an old mattress or set

• The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers. The Member will have to dispose at their own expense. 

• The member may ask the delivery agent to move a used mattress to another room in lieu of removal. 

• Removal and disposal does not apply to waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases or any other furniture.
