I love the support that this mattress gives as well as the coldness I was hesitant about a foam mattress as my experience with the foam products retain heat but this did not retain as much heat as I thought. So far the firmness of the mattress has held up and I hope it continues to hold up long after.￼￼

This mattress is the most comfortable mattress I've EVER had. I lost my last one in a house fire from the soot damage. I HAD to have the exact same one and searched so long to find the exact same model to replace it. Not too soft and not to firm. It's a perfect balance, good support but also soft and comfortable.

Best mattress ever

We had an old interspring mattress with a topper so we went with this one. Very comfortable for a medium bed, not too soft or firm. Also, has very good motion isolation and going with a metal box spring, there is almost no noise getting in and out of bed. I recommend getting this when on sale.

Very good medium bed

When the commercials have the sheep. The first night I slept on my Serta icomfort cf1000 12" hybrid mattress I felt like I was counting in the sheep in heaven.  Heavenly sleep is definitely what I got and continue to get. It's so comfortable and I highly recommend  anyone who has restless or uncomfortable sleep to buy this. You won't regret it. I never will. Was in the market for a new mattress and this ended up being a perfect fit for my side sleeping with being a medium firmness which felt the best for me

Amazing new mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once this bed was moved upstairs it was super easy to open and get set up. It feels like sleeping on a cloud with enough support to wake up feeling refreshed. It seems like a great price for this type of hybrid mattress.  Happy to finally have a nice cooling mattress to keep us comfortable all seasons.

I wake up every morning with back pain. I was hoping this would decrease or eliminate it. It hasn't. It's too cushy. I'm a side sleeper.

Don't buy if you have back pain.

It is much softer & higher than expected.  It was delivered to my neighbor's, at the bottom of 6 steps …it's VERY a heavy. Would be nice if when unwrapped it was right side up not upside down.

Not as expected

I've had my mattress about 4 months now. I fe of the stitching has come loose and it's already giving body imprint. And the box springs has a crack already.

Minor issues

Only had a few months and it has a big wrinkle in the mattress hurts my back to lay on it
