I love this toilet paper however it is harder and harder to find just double rolls not MEGA, Mega don't fit anywhere, I don't understand why make them so big. Please make sure you keep stocks of double rolls, I haven't been able to find them lately. Thanks!

We have been using Scott toilet paper for over 60 years and never had a problem but now all of a sudden your tissue is that thin you have to use twice as much to get yourself clean that is a bad move on your part please go back th the old thickness and you will have a customer for the rest of my life but if you don't I will have to change .

This is the exact quality and likeness/feel of Tubeless and RV. Who are you all fooling? Please bring back Extra Soft which was its own tissue and great tissue at that. Trying to cheap the process by packing the same product with different labels. If Extra Soft isn't coming back, you've lost a loyal customer forever.

Who Are You All Fooling?

My family has used Scott Extra Soft as long as it has been around. Replacing it with Comfort Plus has been a major disappointment. The rolls do not last anywhere near as long, and the paper leaves lint and dust all over the bathroom. We are also having a problem with toilets clogging (which in 7yrs at the same home with Scott Extra Soft was never an issue)Shopping for a new brand of toilet paper.

BRING BACK EXTRA SOFT

I am a relatively new Scott tissue user about five years now.  I have grown to love this brand so much that I've traveled to three different locations of the same big chain store to find the Scott toilet tissue in the correct packaging that suited my household (extra soft, 30 = 60 double rolls usually). Sadly my last multiple store trip lead me to the same "new and improved" Comfort Plus and with no other choice I had to make the purchase and give it a try. Not at all impressed, completely disappointed! I feel as if I am wiping with cheap facial tissue instead of the quality I had become accustom to from Scott. I feel as I am having to use more tissue because it is leaving behind so much lint as well as tearing/ripping with each wipe. I am having to use extra wet wipes just to remove the lint left behind. This will most likely be my last toilet tissue purchase from Scott as my search for another brand has begun.

Disappointed

Would only buy Scott Extra Soft Toilet Paper. It was good value for good softness and didn't clog the septic system. This new comfort plus is NOT as strong, tears all the time - very poor quality. Please, please bring back Scott Extra Soft Toilet Paper.

I have been purchasing Scott extra soft for years!! It was the only tp I would purchase. The comfort plus is nothing like the extra soft. I will be looking for a different brand due to Scott no longer having any tp products I desire. #comebackextrasoft
