Very spacious, easy to organize with smart features like the integrated pitch of water, the water fountain and the 2 size ice cubes. Love the drawer between the fridge and the freezer where I stock all my soda cans, beers and water. The App comes very handy. Love its slick design without handles.

I just love every feature about this, including the extra crisper drawer in the convenient, bottom freezer and they're out of sight beverage center. Fantastic features and spacious interior

Great silent fridge with 2 types of ice for you. Efficient counter depth fridge. Inside is like an open concept, it seems we have more space than our last fridge. The door in door concept is very convenient for the water system and we have been using the water container infuser, our water never tasted better.

Best refrigerator ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door storage trays need a broader !tray of connection options.  Tall bottles have limited storage options.  The left door storage is essentially not available because of dedicated water dispenser.

Nice but not perfect

Atrocious quality for a mid-$2000 product! Bought in July 2022, was super pleased with it. Now, about 3y later, fridge/freezer will not cool down to set temperatures, remaining somewhat cool. Worse is that the freezer is at 40F!!! Going through the online forums, this appears to be a common issue. Not much help from Samsung, who've requested to file a service request. Who knows how much that is going to cost...My wife and I've been loyal Samsung customers, I suppose it is time to rethink this.

Subpar quality for a $2500 product

I'm happy with this refrigerator but I'm having issues with the water/ice dispenser. I changed the filter to a new one and the water dispenser just won't work. I take the filter out and put it back in an it works for about 30 seconds, don't know what to do!

Water dispenser issues

I purchased this refrigerator nearly 2 1/2 years ago and the freezer stopped working. We initially noticed ice was not being made but seemed to stay cold. Two days later, we opened the freezer and everything in it was thawed and the temperature reading on fridge said 46 degrees. Contacted the warranty people and they scheduled an appointment for us Saturday and cancelled halfway through the day with a reschedule 2 weeks later, which was cancelled 2 days later citing "too expensive to repair". We absolutely love this fridge and were very disappointed that the ice / freezer went out so soon.

Faulty Freezer after 2.5 years

1 Star – Looks Great in Photos, But Total Regret

This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it's a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel.

In under 2 years, I've had to submit three separate service requests:

Two for water leaking inside the fridge

And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it's meant to be installed.

My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled.

On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium.

If you're shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don't fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I've ever made.

Spend your money on something built to last — this isn't it.
