The capacity is outstanding — there's room for everything from large grocery hauls to party platters without feeling cramped. The wide shelves and deep door bins make organization easy, and the freezer space is surprisingly roomy as well. It's perfect for a busy family because we can store bulky items, gallon containers, and meal prep containers with no problem. The layout keeps everything visible and accessible, which means less wasted food and less digging around. Overall, this fridge combines style with impressive storage capacity and has made our kitchen much more functional.

Great Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a competitor's two door, two drawer refrigerator which we loved.  Buyer asked for it when we sold our house 6 years ago.  A Samsung refrigerator came with the new house and we really liked it.  When our garage refrigerator went out, we decided to move the Samsung to the garage and get a drawer refrigerator.  We looked at the brand we had at our old house and the Samsung.  Turns out we liked the Samsung better, so we purchased it.  We are very pleased with the purchase.  The freezer capacity is very large, yet we are able to find items easily. The shelf arrangement is very flexible and again, makes it easy to find things.  The drawers in the refrigerator section are very handy for storing vegetables and fruit as well.  The drawer under the refrigerator section is what really sold us. The drawer rolls out easily and is very convenient.  The adjustable divider adds a lot of flexibility.  It is great for storing things you need often like eggs, cheese, lunchmeat, bacon, breakfast sausage, cheese sticks, and other items. The stainless steel finish looks great and matches our other appliances. We set the temperatures when we first installed the refrigerator and have not had to change a thing.  The control panel is very similar to our other Samsung refrigerator, which was easy to use, so there was no learning curve.  The ice maker and water dispenser on the door work great.  Love the crushed ice.  Only complaint is that unlike our other Samsung refrigerator, which would dispense water and ice even if the refrigerator door was open, this one does not.  If you open the right refrigerator door, the dispenser stops.  However, it does not stop if you only open the refrigerator drawer.  Refrigerator is easy to roll on the rollers.   Other complaint is that you have to turn off the water to replace the water filter.  This must be a Samsung thing as our other refrigerator also required the water to be shut off.  So at least it is easy to roll out from the wall to turn the water off and on.  The replace filter reminder on the control panel is a handy feature.  Ours filter lasts about six months.  The filter installs in the lower front of the refrigerator and is easy to replace. So far, we are very pleased with this Samsung refrigerator and are confident it will last for a long time.  Meanwhile, our Samsung refrigerator in the garage is doing a great job.  We are very pleased with Samsung refrigerators.

Very Useable Drawered Refrigerator

It is the perfect size to hold a lot of food. The temperature is perfect for anything I want to put in it. The finished product of this refrigerator is awesome. I love the stainless steel of it.

4 Door  French door refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our fridge 8 months ago.  It looks great.  Keeps temperature perfectly. Love the ice and water dispenser. There is room for everything I could possibly want to store. The compartments are easily adjustable. The freezer section is larger and easier to find items than my previous side by side.  Love the third pull out drawer. The chrome finish cleans easily and looks great. Recommended.

Everything we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frig of the same brand and style.  The main reason I am only doing 4 stars is because of how the last one died and found out it would cost as much to fix as it would to buy a brand new unit.  Although, I will say it is not just Samsung doing this it is all of them.  The days of these items lasting 15 to 20 years is over, now you can expect much closer to 5 years and then replace.

Great Frig, but not so much on repairability

I love the flex drawers and how you can adjust it for refrigeration or freezing food. With the ability to store a lot of food, and able to keep a nice look, this is a very good option for families.

Great Fridge

Had a Samsung French Door model with in door ice dispenser. Ice maker nothing but trouble. Unit was declared unreliable. Samsung got me a new one. Ice dispenser light doesn't work. My old unit light worked. Was told my model discontinued light. Light bulb is in unit. This sucks!

Ice dispenser light doesn't work!

I purchased this refrigerator with great anticipation in 2021. I even purchased the extended warranty. Since the purchase the ice maker has been replaced twice and is constantly needing repair. The extended warranty ran out so I had to pay to have it replaced the 2nd time. And it is going out again (by now i can tell when it's going out). It is just over 4 years old and already needing its 3rd ice maker. I called Samsung and they will not cover the cost to repair it or the part. After paying for the extended warranty AND paying to have it replaced I don't want to pay again; especially if it only lasts for 1.5 years. I wa so disappointed in Samsung. I had purchased other products for a rental property and also for their family members. But NO MORE. I can't continue to support them when they don't own up to an obvious defect. I  can't recommend this product or their customer service. I was always a Samsung supporter but no more.

French Door Refrigerator Ice Maker

Great looking unit with customizable features. Horrible ice maker that I can't fix. I have followed all user guide suggestions, watched YouTube videos and surfed reddit trying to find a solution. Really disappointed as this is only a couple years old

Looks great, ice maker is a pain

I am so disappointed for continual problems with ice maker freezing up and not being able to even remove the tray to defrost. Definitely a design problem Samsung should remedy.
