I waited until now to write a review so I can say what I say with confidence. I've had the washer since January and over all I love it. It's handled everything I've thrown at it with ease. My house has 2 adults, one anxiety riddled dog with bowel issues and 3 cats. One of the cats is a vomiter. So my poor washer has seen some things. But everything always comes out clean which is the most ilprotant part. It's had full sets of bed sheets, comforter, couch covers and large loads. For the most part everything has come out dry. Sometimes the bed sheets are a little damp but that's because they get tangled up in the fitted sheet. Normal dryers have the same issue. I wish I could say it's fixed my adhd, but sadly that is unresolved. What it has done is protected my clothes from me leaving them unattended in the wash for days on end. Now when I forget the laundry, at least it's clean and dry lol. No more mildew for me. My only very minor complaint is that I supposedly can hook my phone up to it and get notifications. I can't figure that out tbh. But that's probably a user error. Over all very satisfied. My life is better with this washer and I hope it's sturdy for years to come.

I just had this model installed in my home and it was one of the easier appliance installs I have experienced this year. Once the delivery team finished install then initated first wash/dry cycle the Bespoke ran like a dream. I had to go back down stairs to ensure tbe machine was still running due to the lack of noise. The unit is also a quaint 44 inches so it relatively fits in any laundry space paired that with it's sleek color design this model is a great edition to any household.

It is easy to pause the cycle to remove the clothes you want to line dry. It is taking a lot of the the thinking and mental burden out of finishing laundry and we can all use less to worry about. Now to add some pretty design in my lame laundry room with the space.

They have tons of preset settings along with the ability for them to learn your schedule. I'm disappointed with my Bespoke AI Laundry machine. I had high expectations, but the performance has been frustrating. The AI Wash+Dry feature, which is supposed to automatically detect load size and moisture levels, consistently falls short. It often leaves my clothes damp, even after long cycles. I've had to run additional dry-only cycles—sometimes up to 1.5 hours—and clothes are still not fully dry. I've checked the filters and everything is clean, so that's not the issue. At this point, it seems only suitable for very light loads like socks and underwear. Definitely not what I expected from a premium appliance marketed as “intelligent.”

The performance has been frustrating.

We had high hopes for this Washer/Dryer combo unit, but we are disappointed in its performance. The unit is installed on a pedestal. The level has been checked multiple times, and the Product Care Calibration ran.
  During the Wash cycle spin the unit will vibrate and dance. Sometimes so violently it will move a couple of inches.
  Called the support line and thought we had a handle on the problem. We decreased the load to a medium load thinking that was the fix. It was not. Looking into the door window during the spin shows the drum appears unbalanced.
  At a loss at this time. Very disappointed.
