Great picture at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung 85 inch TV QLED 4k.  It's great for watching my sports.  I feel like I'm right there.  The picture and colors are so clear and bright.  I enjoy watching my movies too.  The people look authentic in every aspect, facial colors, expressions and their clothing.  I had a Super Bowl party and everyone was so happy they came because the picture was fantastic for watching the game.  I can't say enough of the quality of this TV.

Local dimming has been turned to max and the room it's in has 4 massive windows with tons of light. There's never any visibility issues with how bright the TV gets. There's been zero degradation in color and the smart features have not even begin to slow down with updates/aging software or anything yet. I'm considering purchasing another one!

Really decent television device

The picture quality is good and the setup was fairly easy.
The remote control leaves a lot to be desired and the menus take some getting used to as well. The statement that it works with ALEXA is a joke. You would have to be a programmer to figure that out.
The Samsung channels are good and overall I would rate this as a good purchase.

A Decent TV

Item was damaged and Sam's Club is the absolute worst to call and talk to. Not one person understands the processes or how the items are shipped or anything. We requested a replacement because it's always the possibility when shipping something so big and delicate like a TV. The replacement arrived today giant crack down the screen. Thankfully we have the guys who delivered and they are taking it back but we still can't get Sam's to initiate the return for the original. Just don't order from Sam's online to save yourself the headache. The customer service is awful at Sam's Club on chat and over the phone.

Damaged

Cracked screen upon delivery -- not once but twice.  Received slow refund since the model was no longer available for a 3rd attempt.
