Finally able to wash & dry our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my samsung washer and dryer!!! I have been begging my fiance to let me get us a new set and he finally let me!! We are now able to get laundry done and put up without it feeling like a chore or like it takes forever. This washer also gets our bedding done in 2 cycles! (Sheets and pillowcases in 1 load and the comforter in another) i used to have to go to the laundry mat if we wanted to wash our bedding but with samsung we can stay home for it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the dryer has sensors so I don't over dry. I had and older model white set. After yrs of use there was things I think could have been better.To my surprise this model fixed every flaw I disliked. From where you put the soap in the old one it was a battle to clean. When you have to clear the drain in the front I would have to use a butter knife to pry open this one you just push in and the latch opens. The gasket in the last dryer didn't have a gap in the gasket so it ended up mildew. This one I am able to wipe down with a vinegar cloth and it's dry within a few mins.
