I am truly impressed with this first time buy of this brand tv.  There is absolutely nothing that I don't like this far and the Samsung brand lives up it's reputation.  I really haven't had time to play with all the amazing features just yet but I'm sure that I will not be disappointed!  Great Value too here at Sam's!

Awesome TV that starts up immediately with the streaming apps that are available on it.  Great picture and sound as well.  Definitely worth the cost and I consider it a great value!!

Great quality at a great value

Great picture and an exceptional price. The reason for the exceptional price is that it comes with the older remote and not the voice activated remote currently offered with this tv elsewhere.  Still a good value.

Great TV with Older Series Remote

Purchases originally to Replace an old television in our master bedroom. The TV is extremely clear hence the name, Crystal UHD. VERY NICE AND JUST OVERALL SLIM

Great picture and decent sound for the price. Love that it auto switches to game mode when on my playstation.  For $300 on sale this is a great little TV.  The remote i wish was either backlight or had some color on the text to see easier.  Also a voice option would have been nice.   

Not the easiest to add new apps.

Got this for my elderly parents. The picture is good but they cannot operate the remote control and have a hard time getting to regular cable tv. Smart TV's are not good for the elderly!

Good picture, remote control not good.

Great TV and reasonably priced. Only issue is when streaming apps downloaded during the initial setup process, it did not download paramount plus or Discovery plus.after looking through the user manual, following all directions I still cannot get those two apps to download. Will probably have to contact samsung for helpll.

Great smart tv for the cost....

Great tv except remote control last channel function stinks, It should be  a single click function instead of having to click on a menu, then scroll thru to the back icon click on that then click on back. it is simpler just to punch in the channel #.

poor remote control

Needed replacement quickly so this seemed to be the best option. The set is ok, sound is lacking, you need to have a sound backup either sound bar or other bluetooth device. The settings are definitely Samsung. Not the easiest to navigate. The antenna setting are hard to find and once you do the "auto" find doesn't find all the local channels. There's no way to add or look for specific channels. You have to start over and hope it finds the channels you want. Editing the channel list is also a lost cause. The picture is good but very susceptible to glare.

Quick replacement

I'd love to review this item, I ordered it as a birthday present for a friend. It was never delivered. Sam's customer service was not very helpful. They essentially told me to deal with it, claiming it was delivered.
