I like the fact That it has the pet care solution that I can use. I have a cat that sheds quite well.  The color is a darker navy, so it doesn't really stand out but yet it's not the normal white or silver  It has clean my clothes extraordinarily well and is very easy to use

This washer has completely exceeded my expectation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer and the partner dryer for several months now. We have experienced no major issues, and used most of the wash cycles provided. We've used tear away washer detergent sheets, pods and liquid detergents.

We have several dogs, and were attracted to this model based on the petcare systems included. We have been underwhelmed by the performance of that system, in comparison to the extended wash time it requires (nearly 2 hours in both washer and dryer). We have only noticed a small difference on blankets or clothes between that cycle and the quick cycle wash (40-50 minutes).

The water usage seems and energy usage seems to be efficient, we've noticed a decent drop in our monthly bills since install. 

The design is sleek and so far has been resistant to any stains or dents.

I bought this product about 10 days ago, clothes are basically wet coming out the washer and the dryer is not HOT enough to dry the clothes, had run 3 cycles for nyvtowels to get dry. The two start is inly for presentation as they looks beautiful! Will call the store to find my return options

Only good for decoration

The washer line leaks and they said they can't do anything about it. One day after our 2 week window…. Absolutely ridiculous consumer service. No help whatsoever.  So I have to turn the hot water on and off and even if I wash the clothes in cold water it throws a code and I have to deal with that for about 30 minutes and try again. Also the dryer will be on regular dry mode and I'll every time have to go back and turn The machine on time dry so it will actually finish drying because it thinks they are dry on regular mode. Then my clothes are sitting there damp and disgusting. Worst machines I've ever used. Also. Can't save the settings so I change the hot water (I don't like using hot water) every time I use it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not buy this washer. Terrible design. We cannot even wash clothes due to constantly out of balance. We have had it maybe a year. I don't even want to pay to fix it I just will have to break down and replace so I do not have to deal with this anymore

Do not buy

I've had my Samsung washer for about 6 months it's absolutely the worse purchase I've ever made. The unbalanced feature makes it difficult to wash bedding and when I do set it to the bedding mode my sheet come out SOAKED! Absolutely awful! Stick to TVs!

Save your money

This washing machine is the worst ever! If it is the least bit off balance it will continue to fill up full of water. It doesn't get it right you have to open the lid and adjust the items inside. This happens all the time and it's extremely frustrating. Don't even think of washing a towel with a couple pairs of pants it will knock off the weight and balance. I will never buy a Samsung washing machine again done.

Samsung washing machine is not good.

I've never been so dissapointed in a washer! 1st thing I've bought brand new and there is nothing good about it. You can hardly put anything in it and it gets off balance! It has stained my clothes and i cleaned the inside over and over. With no agitator it balls all the clothes up to make it a full time job unknotting everything. So far I haven't found anything good about it! Would love to give it back!
