Easy to set up. Good sound with minimal wiring. Would have liked to have more adjustment for balance and equalization.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

These speakers were super Australian to install and setup, most remotely.  Our previous rear speakers were wall mounted with wires that attached with spring tension wire clips. We were very happy to see that these new speakers attach the same way. We were able to keep our existing wiring and simply add the required unique plug end with scotch locks. It took longer to unpack them than the entire set up procedure. They sound great work perfectly.

Integrated easily with our Samsung TV

Purchased this sound system for my Samsung TV. The instructions were of little help, but the support chat system was extremely helpful in getting everything hooked up and functional. Very please with this product.

Please with my purchase

This was pretty easy to set up. I connected it to my Samsung eARC HDMI port and the TV just recognizes it and set up everything for you. The bluetooth speakers also seemed to auto discover each other and connected no problem.

The soundbar and subwoofer sound is good. The rear speakers are a bit weak though so you need to turn up the TV volume quite a bit to get the surround sound experience.

Easy set up. Decent sound quality for the price.

Connecting Samsung Tv to Samsung Surround Sound system. Returned the first and in good faith replaced it with same system. All speakers work on the new one.

Had to replace the first one.

I was hoping for a bit more db but it delivers clear sound. TV says it's utilizing Q symphony but I cannot really tell. It was worth the sale price. Not sure worth full retail

Solid set up

It's ok but the TV it self is louder on 50% then sound bar on highest  the booms are not that good I  just use the tv more very unsatisfied!

Not worth the money

Samsung Q-Series has a solid sound.   The surround is good.  The only problem I have is it keeps going in/out of the Q-Symphony mode.   I checked out the Onn $199 system.  Sounded amazing in the store.   Because of the Q-Symphony, I went with the Samsung.  I wished I had saved a few dollars and purchased the Onn since the Q-Symphony is not consistent.

Samsung Q-Series

I have a Samsung 2.1 soundbar and the sound is good so I thought the 5.1 would be much better but oh was I wrong. The sound was not good at all and the rear speakers had very little volume and they sounded like you were in a tunnel. Needless to say I took it all back. Stay away from these. A waste of money.
