Unbound with Capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 50" frame TV 2017, to the 65" frame TV 2024, and it has all of the improvements in the right places. It is thinner, better definition, the actual screen is more matte which makes the art mode look more like actual art and reduces glare, and the OS has been revamped. The art selection screen is completely different, and gives much better suggestions than our old TV. The art is the same, but is much better. 
The frame TV is more expensive than other TVs for the same size, but I have really enjoyed the double function of TV and displaying high quality art. This is the best TV for art mode on the market. 
The one issue that I have with this TV, the receiver box has 4 HDMI slots. I use 1 for the e-arc with my soundbar, chromecast, nintendo switch, and xbox. I have a DVD player, and so I have to unplug one and plug in another. I would like 1 more HDMI slot. That is the only issue I have with the TV though. Great overall.

Classy looking, great art, and high def for gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this tv in our main living area. There is lots of light that comes in through this room. The matte screen prevents glare on the TV. Making it seamless watching during the day. The quality of the picture amazes me. Realistic pictures especially shows or movies in 4k or HDR. It includes free Samsung TV which we turn on for our dogs or as filler in house. The picture options for when tv is off is great. Lots of great free options. You can purchase art or an art subscription for more options but to me the free pictures work just as well and have multiple options.

One of the Best tvs

And occasionally I use the internet.  The best thing about this t v is it's design. It literally looks like a picture sitting on my wall. I have tons of apps included with the TV and more that can be downloaded.
It's very user friendly and takes no time to set up. Be able to connect my phone to my t.V is also a plus. The sound quality is great as well as the picture quality. It is perfectly mounted on my wall, and even that was a breeze to set up. I highly suggest the frame TV to anyone. You won't regret it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my Samsung Frame TV for about six months now, primarily for streaming platforms like YouTube TV, Netflix, and Prime Video. Overall, I've been very pleased with the experience.

Pros:
	•	Picture Quality: Excellent. Crisp, vibrant, and consistent across all streaming platforms.
	•	Remote Control: Simple, intuitive, and well-designed. It's clear that thought went into the user experience.
	•	Menu System: Easy to navigate and well laid out, making it quick to switch between apps and settings.
	•	Art Mode: One of my favorite features. The ability to display artwork when the TV is off adds a stylish and sophisticated touch to the room.

Cons:
	•	Sound Issues: About 5% of the time, the audio quality randomly changes and becomes nearly unusable. The issue resolves itself quickly, but it's still frustrating when it happens.

Despite the occasional sound hiccup, I'm very happy with the Frame TV. It's both a high-performing smart TV and a beautiful piece of decor.

One wrong button push and you have to start from the begining to get back to where your were.  The menu can be modified some, but not enough to allow you to set it to your true liking.

Frame look

I over came problems with art registration, which was included in my purchase.
It took considerable time and communication.
Now my 80” frame is not turning on reliably and requires power downs and resets of the control box.
Luckily my installation allows me to access the control box.
This has occurred repeatedly.
I didn't expect this reliability issue,.
