I really like Samsung TVs,  good quality, great picture.  But Sam's club's policy on price guarantee needs to be revised.  When I purchased it for $257. The price was already dropped $70, 10 days later it dropped another $30. I tried to get a price adjustment,  but it's only a 7 day price guarantee. But Sam's has a 90 day no questions return policy. That forces customers to return the higher price TV for the reduced price TV. That makes no sense.

I ordered a Television on Friday late night 10/4/24  and it was to be delivered on 10/8, but  it made it before the due date…arrived on 10/6/24  a little before noon. Thank you Sam's club.

Birthday gift

I am very happy with this TV purchase.  It has a great picture and sound, particularly considering the price I paid.  It was easy to set up and since I only use streaming, it was very helpful to have the most popular streaming apps already on board.  No complaints so far and no problems out of the box. I have already suggested it to a family member looking for a new TV. While it was available at other retailers at a similar price, those offers didn't include the 3 year member warranty.

Great TV Picture and Sound for the Price

I am well pleased with Sam's.   They're delivery service was exactly as stated, on time!   The television is showing a beautiful picture.  I only wish the Sam's site was more user friendly and easier to navigate.  Nonetheless, I am very well please and love Sam's products.

Well Pleased

This 43" Samsung DU7200 replaced an old 38" Hitachi TV that had no apps. The Samsung was a huge improvement in the bedroom. It loads fast, sound much better, pulled in a lot more over air antenna channels and picture quality is almost as good as my Samsung Series 9 65" TV in the family room.

Great value. Picture quality is perfect and comes with multiple settings. Easy setup. You can get bigger TVs at cheaper price with other brands, but cant go wrong w/ Samsung and its quality.

As with most Samsung products, this does not disappoint. Easy to set up, crisp and clear picture, and settings are easily navigated through menu driven  selections.

I never go wrong with Samsung

No Optical Port? A television of this grade without this is beyond belief. A HDMI cable is needed to install a soundbar unless Bluetooth is activated. Picture is very nice with very responsive interfaces.

No Optical Port

Nice TV for the price. Bought it for the bedroom to replace a Toshiba Fire TV that was plagued by the turn off flaw found in this brand. I liked all of the features of the Samsung and the selection of apps available. I particularly liked the eArc port to connect external speakers. The HDMI enables the remote to turn the speakers on and off with the Samsung remote. The picture is clear and crisp. The layout is user friendly and easy to navigate. I plan on buying Samsung TVs as  replacements, when needed. This is the second Samsung I have purchased and very happy with.

Great TV

Very frustrating TV. You can't just turn it on and start watching it. The TV comes on with a whole menu of options you have to sort through to get to whatever you were last watching. Most of the time one of the options is the "most recent" setting but not always. For some reason the stupid TV insists on just opening to a new option screen. Then you have to get the impossible to use remote and try and get back to what you want to watch. Don't get me started on the remote! The worst, by far, remote I have ever encountered. What a piece of useless junk. And of course the TV comes with no instructions so if you're fortunate enough to luck your way through setting it up you still have to fumble through setting up a Samsung account to download the latest software to make the TV work. I've had Samsung TV's in the past and they were beautiful to use and operate. In fact I still have a big Samsung plasma TV, so we go way back, but this thing is a royal pain and I wish I had passed on buying it. So there you go, beware.

Just don't.

We have not been able to set up a Samsung account, because it tells us we have to put in a credit card number to set up an account , but they assure you that they wont charge anything to it, and blah, blah, blah. They say that in order to set it up, you have to set up the account. When you look at it closer, its not even samsung, its someone called mediagand.com and Samsung's account setup took me there. Can you please help us get thru this setup. It looks as though, a spammer has interjected a spam direction into the Samsung account setup. When you read all the small print, it says at first you wont be charged, then later says you will be charged $39.99 per month, for music and games and other stuff, until you cancel it (if you can). This dont sound like something that Samsung would do.
