This is VERY good. Leave it out to come to room temperature & it's even better. Pair it with a triple cream Brie & oh boy, it's heavenly.

Thinly cut delicious.  Exactly how I like it.  Might BT a little difficult to style on a board but taste amazing.

I have been buying prepackaged prosciutto from Sam's for a while because I can taste the quality. It's a great price and it's great for charcuterie boards.

Stands out in field of packaged prosciutto

This prosciutto was saltier than other brands. We used it wrapped around peppers stuffed with cheese and it was acceptable but didn't crisp the same as the H‑E‑B brand. Definitely less expensive though.

Not bad for the price.

The prior prosciutto was great. This prosciutto is like having a part-time job to get it separated from the sheets that separate the slices. I'll buy prosciutto from somewhere else until the prior stuff comes back.
