Sea scallops are what's for dinner. If you've ever been intimidated by this delicious mollusk, we've made it easy for you. These scallops have been wild caught (so they're as fresh as can be) and paired with a creamy, bacon-based sauce. Serve them with your favorite roasted vegetables and a side of brown rice or quinoa for a well-balanced meal.

For best results, cook the sea scallops from frozen. Do not defrost beforehand.
To Sauté: Empty contents of package into a 9-inch skilled over medium heat. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Removed cover, turn scallops, and baste for another minute.
To Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F. Empty content of package into a baking sheet, uncovered. Bake for 8-10 minutes, remove from oven, stir and baste scallops. Bake for an additional two minutes. For a crispy sear, you can broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Bake no longer than 10-12 minutes total.
To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Empty content of package into a sheet of aluminum foil. Fold aluminum foil over to create leak-proof packet. Place packet on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes. For best results, after six minutes, carefully open packet and baste scallops with sauce.
