Description

They cook tender and succulent rib eye steaks. Each steak is served with a choice of sweet potato, regular baked potato and Texas toast. They also serve their tasty Seafood, Chicken and Chops menu items, consisting of your choices of grilled boneless chicken breast, grilled shrimp, grilled pork chop, grilled scallops and grilled salmon or tuna. Seafood, Chicken and Chops entrees are served with your choice of a sweet or regular baked potato and Texas Toast. Their fresh-made salad bar may be added to any entree for a small charge.

At Ribeyes Steakhouse, they keep it simple. The wait staff comes to the table to take your drink order and the cook comes to take your food order. The cook explains the menu to you and answers any questions you may have. This method of service ensures that the cook prepares your food exactly like you want it. The wait staff will check back with you to see if you would like any condiments or sauces and to refill your drinks. Entrees are put on the grill only after you give the cook your order. If anyone in your party is having the salad bar, your order is placed on the grill when you get to the salad bar so that your entrees arrive shortly after you finish your salad. Orders are promptly placed on the grill if no one in your party gets a salad.

At Ribeyes, they use a high-quality rib eye cut of beef. The beef is USDA choice or better and comes from only mid-western grain-fed beef. More specifically, the rib eye is hand-cut from a loin when the customer’s order is placed. All their rib eye steaks are cut from Angus cattle, which are bred for their superior marbling and texture. All their beef is aged 21 days for tenderness and flavor and is shipped fresh, never frozen. Only lightweight cattle are used to ensure a thicker cut of steaks. Finally, the lip portion, along with any excess fat, is trimmed from their cuts. All of this attention to detail makes for a superb quality cut of beef. The salad bar is made fresh every day. They break iceberg lettuce by hand and mix it with fresh cut Romaine. Their guests have many additional salad bar items from which to choose. They use only the premium quality Ken’s Steak House salad dressings.
