This is the best hot tub I've been in!  The price was less than half that the local spa store charges for one this size. We just had to pay $300 for help to set it up where we wanted it and $40 for an electrician to hook it up (wiring was there from the old hot tub). The jets are great and love that it has 2 pumps. My Grandson loves the lights!

Awesome jets

After a lot of shopping, we purchased this spa in May and it was delivered in early June. We love it! We use it nearly every day, even on the hottest days of summer, and we are looking forward to enjoying it in the cooler months. Highly recommend.

bought hot tub online and tub was delivered to my house within 3 weeks on a pallet.  Electrician installed 240 line, filled with water and ready to go.  Everything works well and I highly recommend this spa.

Great all around tub

I'm just going to start out with I got this hot tub on sale for a great price. The cabinet panels are plastic. The frame is made of untreated 2x4's. The insulation consists of four 1/2” thick styrofoam panels....that is it. It has one pump, one blower. Jet pressure is alright if you turn off most of the jets you don't use. I spent $50 and added insulation. I moved it to my back yard on a lawn mower and trailer, I got the electrical installed about 6 months later (took awhile). No leaks on start up so that was a bonus. I emailed the company that built it (strong spas) and asked if I could get a grey cabinet before it was made and they were not willing to change it without buying a new cabinet.I guess bottom line, if you are in the market for a budget tub and can get this on sale I would say thus far it would be a good purchase, paying full price...that would be debatable with probably better quality options out there.

Good...for a price

We considered buying a hot tub for several years before taking the plunge with an Everlast Spa through Sam's Club. The delivery took a little longer than expected but it has been worth the wait. High quality and easy to maintain. Our family has enjoyed using the new spa.

Great Spa

Just ordered a replacement cover for $400. Original one has one side full of water. Poor quality.

Made my purchase based upon the fact that the Strong Spa Company makes this spa. I was extreemly disappointed when I saw inside the cabinet that it has untreaded wood framing and very little insulation. It is a great looking tub on the outside, but it is what is on the inside that gives it any chance of longevity. I have had mine running now for 2 days and I can see that it is wet under the cabinet, but can not detect any obvious leaks.
That will mean that the structure supporting the tub will not last long. I do not understand why they would choose to build with cheap materials when the real cost is in the labor to manufacture these spas. Wish I knew this before making such a large and important purchase.
