We've had the recliner for a few weeks and it is comfortable and attractive. There was some assembly required but it was extremely easy. I screwed on the 4 feet and attached the back by slipping it into its hardware. No tools were needed. One unexpected detail is a flap on the back that velcros to the base. It flaps open a bit when in the reclined position. My chair is viewed from the back and side so it's a small negative but not a deal breaker. It's a great value for a good looking comfortable recliner.

Comfortable and Attractive

We were a little hesitant to purchase this online, however the check-out, purchase and delivery process was a breeze. A little disappointed that shipping was not included since I am a premium member. After calling customer service found out that not all shipping charges are covered for premium members as is frequently advertised. In any case, the chairs are very comfortable and set-up was easy.

Comfortable Chair but Paid for Shipping

Bought this as a Black Friday special.  It was delivered before the estimated delivery date, it was very easy to put together.  Excellent quality piece.

Excellent!  Reclines smoothly and with ease

This is the second one I purchased because the wife and I kept wanting to sit in it first.

Great Recliner

Very comfortable chair and the perfect size for me--a 5'5", medium build woman.  It's not like my husband's big man chair.  I really love this chair.  I was very easy to assemble.

I would give it 4.5 stars- not just 4. Great chair (for me), but my husband doesn't care for having to use a pillow under his head when leaning all the way back (which I do not). I took my husband shopping for recliners - he rejected ALL of them. So, without him trying this one, I bought it. He said, "It is better than all the other ones I tried out the other day." (We went to 4 different furniture stores).  It is a nice looking chair; stitching is not bright white, but not brown either. Leather seems of good quality... still breaking it in. Very easy to push back and recline- don't need both hands and a lot of effort like some. Not as ugly as most recliners are. Not oversized, but still big. Very easy to put together. Not extremely heavy, but solid. 4.5 stars b/c the verdict is still out with my husband....

Solid

The chair is nice looking and pretty comfortable BUT I've only had it a month and it squeaks loudly anytime I move, recline, try to get situated in the chair. Very annoying ... should have just bought the Lazy Boy one I wanted at 3X the price, at least it wouldn't be making all this noise.

Comfortable but squeaky

when fully reclined if you barely move the recliner goes down also very uncomfortable back hurts after awhile sending the chair back.

don't buy

Bought this without trying. Big Mistake- BIG! 
Hard and not really comfortable. Wish I could send it back but would cost too much.

Leather chair too hard

Chair not as described. Stated leather on every are you touch. It is joy.
