Multiple user couldn't be happier>

I purchased the 10 pc. Pro set and I couldn't be any more happy with my decision.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, great value and quick assembly.
There is nothing at all that I do not like about this cabinet set in general. The only issues I had were very few. I'll list  all of them so anyone that may read this will know what to prepare for. The bolts that come with the set are very poor quality. I found this out on the very first one that I tightened up. So when you are putting it together do not tighten them any more than "snug" if you do the bolt will break, I broke three of them even though I knew after the first one they were weak, and I'm not a very strong person. I'm glad they sent plenty of extras. Which leads me to the next issue. When the set arrives at your door, all 10 pcs. are on one pallet that weighs ~1200 lbs. I knew that the smaller cabinets were nested inside of the larger cabinets, but what I didn't know was that the two larger cabinets that weigh ~600 lbs each (with the others nested inside) were face to face on the pallet. So in order for me to get them off the pallet, to get the doors open, to remove the smaller cabinets, I had to lay this Big Boy down. Not that big of a deal if you have a few other hefty guys to help you out. I read that some people had an issue with the double sided tape that comes with the light kits, didn't hold very well and they fell down after awhile. Well let me tell you, you don't need that tape anyway. I found out duing setup that the bottom rail of the wall cabinets has a U-shape, and the lights that New Age has are very nice and bright but not only that, they are slim enough to fit perfectly into that U-shaped channel!!! It was perfect, when I found that out I could help but stand back and grin like a oppossum, and think to myself, now why didn't that other guy figure that out. Like I said I couldn't be anymore satisfied with this purchase, Im 40 years old and I know with the quality  of these cabinets I'll be passing them down to my kids and they will pass them down to my grand kids.

Best cabinets for the $$$

Very sturdy and complete my wall storage.  Bought 4 of the gray cabinets to place atop lockers.  Love the soft-close doors.  I wish you supplied solid grommets for the bottom electrical access holes since they are unused.  Also wish the width was 2" wider to standardize cabinet dimensions.

Fantastic product

This is my second set of cabinets. First was an eight piece for my downstairs “man cave” and the last is a seven piece for the garage. Both are the Pro Series and well made. Delivery was on time and well packaged. The delivery video is very helpful but make arrangements in order to get it into your garage. Great product and I am very pleased.

Looks Great!

Top notch cabinets! These were very easy to install and is really the best metal cabinets on the market. I've owned many of the other name brand cabinets and this pro series out performs them all! The soft close is a really nice touch. Completely worth the price!

BEST CABINETS ON THE MARKET

The good:  materials used in construction are very good, finish was even and well applied, shelves slide nicely in and out.

The bad:  out of the four cabinets ordered, one had the shelf poorly mounted, so that the back corner was not square with the other three.  It still slides in and out fine, but is not level.  Out of the four cabinets, two had doors that could not be brought into alignment where the vertical chrome handles had their tops at the same level (about 1/16" off);  if the handles were dark it would not be noticeable, but since they are chrome it is pretty easily to spot.  Finally, the plastic finish piece on one of the handles had to be glued into place to keep it from falling out.

Nice Cabinets But With Some Quality Issues

I bought 5 ea. Pro 3.0 base cabinets and 5ea. Pro 3,0 upper cabinets. The installation of the product was a snap, great directions and a simple install. However the quality control of the cabinets were a bit lacking. 2 of the 5 base cabinets had the lock assembly installed near the bottom of the cabinet. They should be drilled up near the top of the cabinet. 20% of the lock placement was incorrect with my base cabinets.
The base cabinet "foot" design is a simple bolt on application, however on 2 of the foot connections the shop failed to install or tighten the "pressed receiving stud".  This isn't a huge issue considering that there are 20 of these feet for the 5 base cabinets. However the 2 that weren't correct amount to 10% of the foot connections did not leave the plant they were intended to.

This product needs a bit more Quality Control

I received 9 cabinets by common carrier in a box truck that could not handle snowy roads in Colorado.  I spent over an hour helping them dig out of a ditch.  Then unloaded their truck into my pick up truck (several loads) to drive up my street into my driveway.  Cabinets look nice however I purchased both Bold and Pro series cabinets.  Holes drilled in sides of uppers do not match from Bold to Pro if flushed at top.  I recommend you have future products add additional holes to Pro series to accomodate Bold series mixed installation.
