[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Porter Cable Poly 10 Gallon Porter Wet/Dry Vacuum has great suctioning power for DRY pick up. I say dry pick up because I have not had a chance to use the wet pick up. The instructions are somewhat vague and could have been written better. For instance, the instructions state that I should use a foam filter for wet pick up, but for the life of me I can not find where a foam filter is included with the other accessories. This seems odd considering that it is a WET/Dry vacuum. No where does it state that this filter is not included and has to be purchased separately. There is a customer service number on the box for comments, questions and to order replacement parts. However, if I were to purchase this from a store, I'm not going to expect to have to call a 1-888 number and wait for a specific part to arrive before I can get the job done. Also I am wondering, does Walmart sell the replacement bags or filters because I wouldn't like having to order from the company directly when I need supplies. If I have overlooked the parts included and the foam filter is included inside the box then I apologize. I was hoping to try out the wet pick up feature because I occasionally have a need for a wet/dry vacuum whenever we get lots of rain here. As I stated earlier, the dry suctioning (and blower) works well.

Suction power is good

Don't waste your money. After 6 weeks of light use, it died. Customer service is nowhere to be found. I'd skip this one.
