These sausages are so good and flavorful.  I dont like the Cajun ones as much.  I suggest getting the original ones and add Cajun seasoning if you want a spicier flavor.  You will not be disappointed.

Taste so Good!

Deliously flavored a bit peppery a bit greasy but well worth.  Skin pops, juice explodes guaranteed flareups on the grill.

Polks Original Smoked Sausage

Glads Sams carries Polk Sausage.  The other brand Conecuh Sausage they carry is so overrated.  Polk Sausage is very flavorful and great on the grill or for breakfast

I bought this once before but I bought the hot one and I enjoyed it. However it was another brand that I wanted to try and I bought that and was regretful. So I went back to the Polk brand and bought the regular sausage and my family and I have been happy with the choice ever since.

I really love this sausage

Taste

It's not bad sausage. It's not great sausage. I used it to cook sausage, bell peppers, and onions. Usually I don't have to put a ton of seasoning in, but this sausage was lacking flavor so it needed a lot more than what I usually use. But it's casing wasn't super tough and it didn't wither into nothing like it was made of mostly water. So overall, not bad for being cheaper than your average sausage.

Okay sausage

I like hot spicy food, but I do not like cayenne heat. These are a waste of money if you want a nice smoky sausage! Flavorless heat is not enjoyable. I will cut these up for soups, stews, and rice dishes.
