Arrived in great condition by a helpful driver. Simple assembly. Classic design and comfortable.

Beautiful

Love the chairs and table. Kind of a dark brown color with beige cushions and great darker blue accent pillows. We so enjoy our new patio!

Great set for a great price!

We love the set except one of the legs was bent when we pulled it out of the box so it doesn't sit even. Other than that it's a great piece

Very pretty

We have had this set out together for five days. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and wanted to review it while it's still on sale as I found the other reviews very helpful in deciding to purchase it. The picture provided is not good as the cushions look white and metal looks black. In the set I received the cushions are light tan and the metal is brown. That is what I wanted but the item pic should be changed to accurately show the true color. The chairs do a gentle rocking motion. They are lightweight and easy to move around, but feel sturdy. I am 5'8" and my husband is 6'1". They are comfortable for us. Ideally they might be a little taller in the back, but for the price, I am fine with them. The fire pit, which we haven't used yet, is quite shallow, but will be fine for a small kindling fire to roast marshmallows. The set came packaged very well and mine had no damage. My husband is handy and had no trouble putting them together. The sale price was a huge factor in my decision to purchase and I am very happy with the set so far.

Happy with purchase!

I like the fire set. The only issue I have is I should have purchased a darker set. The off white attracts dirt and animal hair. Other than that it looks great, comfy and I really like the rocker. The furniture fit well in the gazebo.

Fire chat set

I was really excited about this set. My main concern was the white cushions - so when the set finally arrived and the cushions were an off white/brownish color i was pleasantly surprised. But it stopped there. The directions on how to attach the chair bases to the main part of the chair was worthless. (Still not sure we put them together correctly) and then came sitting in the chairs. The cushions are to short. The height of the back of the chair from the top of the seat cushion is 21 inches. The back chair cushion is only 16 inches. It is SO uncomfortable (unless you are 5 feet 2 inches tall). I contacted the manufacture and after two days I finally got a response that yes, the cushions are only suppose to be 16 inches... which is also very misleading in the pictures (see attached). On top of the cushions not being tall enough the set, which came packaged VERY well... was scratched and dented in 3 of the 4 chairs. 

Don't waste the time and money on purchasing this set.

Cushions are to short and set came scratched

We make most of our purchases with Sam's Club and usually are very satisfied. This purchase was a disappointment. The table is dented and the "powder coated" finish is peeling off. One of the chairs is missing a piece on the top. It just seems like a cheap set. The look is nice if it was built better. We tried 3 times to get a resolution with this set with no results. We were told all 3 times that something was being done and then nothing. We are really disappointed in the customer service in this matter.  We have been with Sam's Club for several years and always had great service and products. This one I would not recommend.

poor quality

I received this set on 7/5/17 and have been trying to get a valid return authorization and pick up scheduled ever since! It stands out in my mind as the worst quality, by far, of any item we have purchased in the 30+ years of my family's membership! The welds are sloppy, the outside edges of the arms that should be smooth are wavy, the top edges of the chairs that should be level and square are in no way square or level. The "powder-coated finish" appears painted on; I can see what looks like brush strokes in the metal. The set basically has the workmanship of a 7 year-old child.  I would love for someone from Sam's to contact me about this to reach a resolution.
