I really like this shaver. I purchased this for it to be  my daily shaver ti replace my Braun due to the high cost of the replacement heads. 
The interchangeable heads for beard and nose/head trimming is nice. However please be aware that the actual shaver model is different from the model of the bundle on the package.

Great shaver with good features.

Purchased for my teenage son. It is very good quality and he states he prefers this ever standard razors and no risk for cuts. The added attachments are a plus.

Great shaver except that the on/off switch is located too close to where you grip the shaver; you can turn the shaver off accidentally. The attachments work well.

Nice shaver with spare blades & attachments

I'm keeping this one i got on sale. It worked as good as more expensive models i've tried but still not as good as a blade. This after 30 days plus of using only the electric shaver. The nose hair attachment was not effective for me. The trimmer works ok on sideburns. When i finished shaving, my face felt like a close shave. When i applied aftershave, however, i could feel more stubble than when i used a blade. I do like the convenience of it and decided to keep it. A pretty good deal with the extra set of shaving heads.

as good as more expensive one's i've tried

Have bought 5 Norelco always happy until this 6500. It has no trimmer on razor  no brushes to clean blades no carry pouch.but it came in a bigger box with a much higher cost. This will be the last Norelco. What a disappointment

Save your money

Time will tell. I have no issues with the shaver itself (motor charger etc) I have been using Norelco razors for years. My issue is with the blades. They used to last at least a year. But I was disappointed with the last one that I bought. The blades didn't hold up! I hope Norelco saw all the negative reviews and got a handle on the quality of their blades.

Hopefully the blades are improved

This razor has very little power. I have an older Philip's razor 5000 series that in my opinion has much more power and cost about half what this razor cost. Will not buy again or recommend it to anyone.

Not a great shave

The redesign of the hand hold area is a problem.  It is hard to hold this re-designed shaver when you are using it.  The old design was ergonomic.  The new design easily slips out of your hand.
