This riced cauliflower medley is a blend of riced cauliflower, butternut squash, sweet potatoes and carrots, studded with black rice, dried cranberries and green beans. Topped with a cranberry pomegranate sauce that is balanced with chopped sage and thyme, it looks, smells, and tastes like the harvest season in a bowl. The riced cauliflower medley comes in a 48 oz. bag, comprised of three 16 oz. separate bags, and yields 12 (1/2 cup) servings. Wish it was available all year. I try to stock up by getting several bags. I love this rice medley. My daughter even loves it even though she is not too fond of regular cauliflower rice

Good for a quick vegetarian meal

The Winter Riced Cauliflower looked delicious and nutritious, but I was disappointed in the taste of the product.  I thought it would not need anything else added to it, but it definitely needs additional seasoning for it to taste better.

Disappointed!

The added vegetables are very crunchy and nearly raw, so to cook the veggies to an edible texture, the cauliflower turned a pinkish-brown color and was mush.  I love cauliflower, but not this.
