First, heat five teaspoons of butter on medium-high heat in a saucepan. Add one cup of diced onion and one cup of diced celery and cook until they are tender. Next, add two cups of chicken broth and heat to a boil. Remove the saucepan from heat, add the stuffing and mix lightly.
