Convenient, I hardly ever wash my own lettuce any more. I found a great trick to make this last longer - when you get home, open it, pull some greens out, layer a paper towel inside, put the greens back in, lay another paper towel on top and close it up. Switch out the paper towels as you consume the box. They absorb extra moisture and keep the leaves from going slimy for longer.

A Regular purchase

Love this spring mix, easy to make meal preps outta this or for family dinners (side salad, etc.) Contains arugula makes the mix have different flavor, who doesn't want different taste when eating a salad? I sure do (unless it's a ceasar salad haha)

Salads on the go

Good stuff - when they don't pack them with 90+% spinach.  I had to take one back because of that, but ALL of them recently have been over-the-top packed with spinach.  I don't mind a little, but find it dry and uncrisp.  So take the time to check what you're getting out of the imposing piles of boxes to be sure it looks like a mix...

Enough with the SPINACH overload.

Had a short shelf life this time. Went bad before we could finish it and had to trash the remainder. Check the expiration dates

Good product when expiration date is better

Very good mix of lettuce. However it comes so tightly packed at times that if you don't take some of it out, the compression causes some of the leaves the wilt and get mushy.

Very good mix with one issue

We like these but they don't seem to last anywhere near the use by date. Often on opening there are already a few soggy moldy leaves that need to be discarded and have spoilt those around them

Nice selection but poor quality control

So disappointed by this lettuce mix. There is very little that is tender in this mix. SAM's used to have a great local spring mix that was very good and tender and this new mix seems to have replaced it. Not worth buying here.

New Spring Mix - miss the old one

Not nearly as good as the brand Sam's has been carrying, Local Bounty. I hope they bring that one back, it was by far the best. This one is mediocre.

Not that good

The use by date was the day after the date of delivery. Most of it went into the trash. Then the dilemma started again because I only had fresh lettuce for 2 days. With a broken right ankle I couldn't get to the store to replace it until I had a friend take me.

Good but

Tired of always having to check the best used by dates because some of the packages of this lettuce are within a day or so of spoiling and I'm tired of spending good money on old produce! Sam's Club also needs to do a better job of getting rid of the old produce and force  the companies packaging all of their produce  to make it easier to find and SEE those dates!
