Everyone's body may be affected differently, but I noticed a significant increase in my ability to focus on things, particularly when I have been sleep-deprived, which seems to be the majority of my days. I highly recommend it & I already ordered another 3 bottles.

I would give this product a 4-star rating. The boost is effective when paired with regular workouts. I wholeheartedly believe that to get the maximum benefit, you must be physically active. I felt significantly better when I was taking it while exercising. However, after undergoing surgery, I've been unable to work out for a couple weeks, and I've noticed the effects have diminished due to my inactivity. In my opinion, the supplement alone isn't enough; it needs the synergy of physical activity to truly shine

Two pills at once gave me terrible diarrhea for a week at least. I went down to one pill and it continued for a few more days but ended. It was very inconvenient as I could not leave the house. I discontinued the pills for a couple of days thinking I would stop them, but then began them again and experienced diarrhea again for three or four days. I am just a small person and wonder if two a day is only for larger people.Sometimes I feel like my memory is improving; other times I feel like it is not. The jury is still out.

Terrible week of introduction!

threw up after taking. I'm not sure if I had a bad reaction, but I know there were other reviews where people are throwing up from this product. Mainly hearing that it is from the capsule and the powdered pill version does not have same issue. Definitely should be a warning and also should be tested. Don't buy this until they do more testing. Imagine taking this the morning before work thinking ur going to be more productive, just to be laying down next to the toilet for hours. Not advised, DO NOT BUY!!!

I did not notice a mood shift, or any clearer focus. Almost like these were placebo pills, highly disappointing. Not sure what JRE is pushing here, but I gave it a good shot, took the recommend dosage but still nothing.

No noticable change to mood, energy, or focus.

I took this religiously for 30 days. I had zero enhancements 
I consider this a waste of time and money. 
I will not recommend this product. 
And, it's expensive.

Zero

This was not for me. I took it once and within a few hours had a headache so bad I was nauseous and needed to go to sleep. I went to bed at 1:30pm and didn't wake up until 7 the next morning. I may be an outlier here, just thought I'd share that experience.

Not for me.

Purchased it because I usually like what Joe Rogan has to say and agree with a lot of his points, so I gave this a shot. Like most all meds/supplements out there, they all wont work the same for everyone. I just hit week 2 and have yet to notice or feel any different. No negative side effects or anything, just could not notice anything at all. I will say that I am one of those that most meds/supplements have little to no effect on.

Didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, I discovered that this gave me side effects. I had high hopes by the 3rd week but one day I wasn't feeling well so I stopped taking it for a week until I felt better. I thought it was from the colder weather. My side effects were dizziness, nausea, gastrointestinal issues, and finally diarrhea. When I waited the week to get better I recovered and then took one pill this evening only to succumb to the same issue within an hour after ingesting. At first it was dizziness and nausea, then later diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. I really had high hopes but it's probably my body that doesn't agree with it. The packaging, quality of the pills, etc all looked good. Just didn't work out.

Alpha Brain Side effects

won't use this ever again. could feel it when it was on and when it was off had bad consequences. I work as an analyst and am active in the gym and outdoors and noticed bad things with AlphaBrain. When it was on I felt the focus but only briefly. When it was off it made me lose track of my thoughts mid-conversation and slurred my words.
