I took the regular softgels during my pregnancy and didn't experience any deficiencies, hair loss or anything. My hair and nails grew but most importantly my baby and I are healthy. It was recommended for me to continue taking them until the baby was 6 months but I have continued taking them for almost a year and I'm waiting to see if the brain support pills trip have any affect
