The treadmill is fantastic and we are enjoying the convenience of getting a workout in our home. iFIT is a surprising plus as we were skeptical going in - the only thing I am not too crazy about is the Google Maps option, too choppy and not consistent. Other than that, so far so good!

The treadmill and all of the iFit Trainers, (Tommy Rives & others) have changed our lives. The equipment is operating flawlessly after 9 months, and I have nothing negative to say about the hardware, screen and features. Simply put, we love it and are extremely happy with the purchase so far.

Commercial 2450 Treadmill

buying this Treadmill was one of the best investments I ever made for my health, having High Blood Pressure and Cholestrol, my Doctor kept telling me I needed to exercise more, and I tried walking/jogging outside but the weather doesn't always cooperate, now I have no excuses to improve my overall health, and it's so much more entertaining and challenging with iFit. Absolutely Love my 2450!

Love it!

After doing substantial research and comparisons with other high-end treadmills, I decided to go with the new 2450. I purchased this treadmill in January 2024 and have now been using it for 5 months. 
It's initial purpose was to keep my training on track during inclement weather where it wasn't safe to go outside (thunderstorms, tropical storms, hurricanes, severe winter storms) or during those seasonal transition weeks where it's super dark still at 6 am/5pm (my area isn't known for its pedestrian-friendly drivers), or when we're in heat advisories on long run days. 
Not only did this treadmill get used during those times, but even more often than intended! I used to HATE and dread the treadmill—no more!! The iFit membership has been awesome with the guided/scenic runs but beyond the runs—it even assists in strength, recovery, and yoga to help mitigate injury. PLUS—you do not need an iFit membership to use the treadmill at all if you don't find it useful or need to save some on expenses. 
I cannot recommend this treadmill enough! The large screen keeps me engaged and the quietness of the unit doesn't make me worry about waking up the rest of household if I opt to use it during those times when most are sleeping, especially when I use my Bluetooth headphones. There's only a couple of items I wish it had—but rumor has it those features are in Beta now, so soon, this Cadillac of treadmills will be more than I could've asked for! No more “dreadmill” for me—I look forward to using it!

No more dreading the Treadmill!

I recently purchased a new treadmill and decided to order through Sam's Club since they offered the fastest delivery timeline compared to other retailers. I was eager to get my new treadmill set up as soon as possible. Sam's did exactly what they promised (no complaints at all). However, I quickly realized that the "white glove" service offered NordicTrack would have been worth the investment. With Sam's Club, the treadmill was simply delivered to my garage in a large, heavy, crated box. I then had to hire a company to get the box upstairs in my home (it's 300lbs). Lastly, assembly required two people, so I had to wait to get help and it still took almost two hours. In hindsight, I wish I had gone with the white glove service, even if it meant a slightly longer delivery time. 

While the faster delivery from Sam's Club was convenient, the lack of full-service delivery ended up costing me in the long run. If you're planning on keeping this anywhere other than the garage or are not a fan of a 14-step assembly process, I suggest you pause before buying at a different retailer (the price is the same everywhere).

I was impatient, don't be like me....

I love having the ability to hop on my treadmill anytime of the day. Temperatures of 100+ or below 30, I can still get a little exercise. I also like going to New Zealand, Italy or Iceland. I am struggling with determining a relative difficulty increase or decrease of my iFit series workouts. So if I finish a series and want to start a new one, how do I move up in difficulty within a category (beginner, intermediate,etc.). Not a huge deal but a point of confusion.

Love iFit Trainers

Overall, I am a fan of this treadmill. Compared to previous treadmills that I have owned, this treadmill is by far my favorite. The treadmill is very sturdy and includes features that I desire in a treadmill, including the following: incline function, screen, fan and water bottle holder. Being transparent, setting up exercise equipment is not my favorite and the instructions weren't very clear on some steps, but overall I was able to assemble the treadmill correctly fairly quickly. The treadmill is sturdy and easy to use. The treadmill itself is relatively quiet and folds up when not being used in order to minimize the amount of space it takes up. The overall design is sleek and the track is sufficient for my stride. It appears that the Treadmill is designed to be used with the IFIT App, but if you don't intend to use the application then the screen is somewhat wasted and you likely overspent on that feature. I personally like to watch a show, or read while I exercise, and given the design of the screen and functionality, it makes it difficult to see in front of the treadmill or place my phone in front of me on the treadmill. I think if you intend to utilize the IFIT App then this treadmill is a great choice.  I was given this product at a discount in exchange for my honest unbiased review.

I got this in 2023. Its ok, has some stickiness when using. 
 Recently a software update was started and now the made Treadmill is unusable because it is stuck on trying to load the os. Support has not gotten back to us in 2 weeks

Software Update has made Treadmill Unusable and Support

- initially treadmill got stuck in the incline for days. Support was not helpful.
- squeaky from the beginning. learned to live with it as no apparent way to solve.
- started shutting down at high speeds (6. 5 and higher). Support send new main board because the diagnosis was the main board was over heating. The new board went half the speed as the original. You would need to run at speed 12 for the original speed 6. Still over heated at around speed 12.

Full of problems

I'm happy with the treadmill, BUT I purchased a 3 year iFit plan and I am unable to register an ifit account. I have spent an excessive amount of time on the phone only to be sent to the wrong department!! Using the website, 1) if I try to set up and account I am told that an account already exists and 2) when i try to sign in I am told my email and password don't match.
When I try to sign into my iFit from the treadmill screen, I receive the following "OOPS, there was a problem logging you in".
