I used olaplex for years as a blonde but switched to this when I went red considering it pulled less color out. Im blonde again now and will never switch back to Olaplex. This is a godsend for my hair. It removes tangles without leaving product buildup. Soo good!

This is the second time I had problems with the pump nozzle. When trying to open and use the pump nozzle will not eject. Had to fight with it until I gave up. One bottle finally worked and the other didn't lift up. Had to unscrew and use an old pump. Very frustrating!

Not impressed with this formula. I love the Nexxus Therappe  formula & thought I would give this a try since it is designed for colored hair.  The first thing that I noticed is that it doesn't lather well at all. I find myself using twice as much product & my hair still doesn't feel as clean, shiny or smooth.  I will stick with the other Therappe version in the silver & grey bottles.

Not Impressed with this formula

Used to use professionally as a cosmo and it's not salon quality as i was hoping but its worth buying for the price. The Conditioner is better quality than the shampoo. Shampoo felt watered down.

Worth the buy

I bought this set several times.  One time, the set had two shampoos, no conditioner.  In the current set, the pump won't open.  I have tried several times to open it.  I am not new to working pumps for soaps.  Then, the pump completely fell apart.  I like the product, but I feel they need to work on the oackaging of the prodict.

Please work on packaging

I was excited to find such a great price on a big brand name shampoo and conditioner set and even waited an extra day to wash my hair while I waited for the set to arrive. This was the first time I had used a Nexxus product and I was not impressed. The shampoo left my hair feeling like straw. The conditioner is better than the shampoo but didn't leave my hair feeling as moisturized as I would like. I'm disappointed with the quality and will be returning the set.

I expected more from a big name brand

I had high hopes with this shampoo set since it was a Nexus brand, but I ended up hating it. Made my hair feel very dry, even after using the conditioner.
