Omg…. What a wonderful surprise! In small greenish package are some of the most tender & juiciest rack of lambs I've ever had in my life. I rate it a 10+++.

Rare

I cut the rack into individual chops, marinate, and then grill.  These racks are smaller than other brands and the smaller portions work well at parties which have other dishes available.

Just the right size for parties

Excellent quantity in quality you can't go wrong with this cut of meat. It's so delicious when it's well prepared.

Best source for NZ lamb

So absolutely delicious. They cooked up perfect on the grill and the tenderness and flavor were out of this world!

Super Tender

These New Zealand Lamb racks are larger than American lamb racks.  They are pasture fed and have a delightful mild flavor. Smoking them to 150 degrees produced a juicy medium tenderness.

Lamb

I've bought this product multiple times and have never been disappointed. The last time or two they had way more fat on them than I care for (takes a little longer to prep to get some of the fat cap off), but other wise they are a very good value, flavorful and consistent size.

Very good lamb racks

I've been using this lamb for several years.  Always good.  I cook it 10-12 mins on a hot, gas grill, wrap the bones with foil.  Medium rare at 10 mins.  I would prefer little larger rack.

Good lamb racks

So I normally get my lamb chops from sams club and I have no issues but this last time I don't know if they was left out but when I cut the package open it had the most horrible smell and I cook lamb chops enough to know they are not suppose to smell like that and being that they are not cheap I was highly upset I had to throw them away

Open the package and meat was bad, stunk up the entire house- still had a week of dating
