This ring is STUNNING, with the amethyst gemstone making it so unique. I love the yellow gold band and prong setting, it adds great contrast to the purple in the amethyst. I like that it also has a little weight to it, it's not too heavy but just perfect. Overall this is an amazing ring!

The Natural Amethyst Oval ring is absolutely stunning. The amethyst stone is large and set in 14k gold. The craftsmanship is superb and the prongs holding the gem are almost flush with the stone. This will help to ensure that it doesn't catch on clothing.

I was shopping with a friend and we were on our way to check out. This ring was at eye level and the moment I saw it, I had too have it. My husband died of dementia.   The Alzheimer's and Dementia Society has purple as their color.  I immediately feel in love with it and decided that if I wore this ring on my left hand that I would be honoring my late husband.  I feel honored to wear this ring with pride for my husband,  I love the size of the amethyst. When I took it to a reputable jeweler to have it sized.  The jeweler even commented on the quality of this amethyst gemstone,  It is a ring that I will wear forever to represent the best husband one could ever have.  There will never be another man that can take his place. He treated me like a queen.  I will forever love him and honor him by wearing this gorgeous ring for the rest of my life.  PS - the ring looks nothing like their drawings.  But please note the picture of the ring that someone else posted,

This a beautiful ring that would be perfect for every day wear. The color and sparkle of the ring is make it appear to be more expensive than the actual price. The simplicity of it would match so many outfits and fit for different occasions.

This oval natural amethyst ring is BEAUTIFUL. It's a great sized gem and is paired perfectly with the gold. Its prong setting makes it look even more elevated and sophisticated. The purple touch is always a fun addition to an outfit!

This ring is absolutely beautiful. I love the big gemstone in the middle that is somewhat rounded on the edges. Definitely something I would want to wear!

This is a nice ring. The stone is beautiful and quite sizable. The prongs are secure and the ring is comfortable despite its large size. I do wish the ring were made with white gold instead of yellow. I feel the purple of the stone and the yellow of the ring don't go together as well as white gold would have. But, if you like the color combination, it's a great ring!

This piece is beautiful! Very classy. It would add a statement to any outfit. The workmanship is apparent and feel is nice. A great gift idea or personal splurge. The people is beautiful and so unique. Love it!

My initial reaction to this ring was how lovely the color of the gemstone is. However, my second thought was it looks a bit like costume jewelry. This may be because of how large the stone is, but also the band and prongs are a bit thick and brassy. Overall, the stone itself is a lovely color, but the band doesn't seem to match the beauty of the stone.
