Here's a simple recipe using N'Joy's natural sugar that you can whip up in no time for parties or just because. We love using N'Joy's easy-pour sugar container in this recipe because it makes measuring refined sugar much easier. Let's get to baking!
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Melt one-fourth cup of butter or margarine and pour it into a large mixing bowl. To your mixing bowl, add one-fourth cup of brown sugar and one-half cup of N'Joy Pure Sugar and mix on medium-high speed until combined. Stir in two tsp. pure vanilla extract and one large egg until combined. Add one-half tsp. baking soda, one-half tsp. salt and one-one-half cups of all-purpose flour and mix. We recommend using clean hands for this part so that the flour gets fully incorporated.
