I was having a lot of trouble going with several side effects like cramping and spastic sphincter and bloodletting and pain. After a few doses of this amazing powder, I nearly blew the bowl off of the commode. This product makes everything come out long and smooth.

Takes a load off!

I have problems using the bathroom. my Dr. put me on this and Benefiber. I put them in my coffee every morning. Believe me I can tell the different when I run out. So I try to get these every month. I shear with my Mom.

Really Like

Since my colon cancer surgery in 2010 I have to have something to help keep things working. This product does the trick. The taste is neutral so you can just mix it with water or a soda of your choice. It works with no cramping.

Works gently throughout the day.  I mix it in my 1st cup of coffee ( have to be sure to use coffee only until it is melted - if you add milk before it is melted in the coffee it forms big lumps that are disgusting) - Add miralax, then coffee and stir - Then add your creamer or milk along with more coffee

Being stopped up isn't any fun of course. Been trying things and no luck. Bought the MiraLax and took a low dose. That evening my stomach was hurting me and I felt sick. I woke up next day and felt awful all day long, still stomach hurting. Then it finally stopped hurting. Didn't do me any good to take it, so now I've wasted $$ on this one. It might work for you just fine, but I'll never use it again.
