This is a great fish choice.  I do not like rare or under-cooked fish so I cook it done.   It is delicious for a dinner, a salad or sandwich.  Particularly good marinated in an Asian style marinade.    It also has a firm, flaky texture, a must for fish!

Versatile fish option

Marinated and cooked on the grill. Excellent flavor. Just remember to never over cook them. Only takes about 4 to 5 mins both sides. Hard to find good seafood where we are.

Good to the last bite

Very tender and taste was great! I cooked them as the recipe calls for, 6 min each side seared in a cast iron with little seasoning salt and black pepper with a tiny bit of garlic powder. Very good. This fish is not to be cooked well done but more on the raw side. So if you are a texture type person you may not like it. I'm not so I loved it!

Really good

I purchased the ahi tuna steaks and we seared them on the bbq for a few minutes each side.  They tasted so fresh.   I also used two to make poke bowls, which were delicious   have purchased these before and I will purchase them again.  The price is good compared to the regular grocery stores.

Great Ahi Tuna

Quality is important when using raw fish. I always buy my tuna, salmon, beef, chicken at Sam's Club. The quality of their meat is the best.

Excellent quality

We have purchased this tuna before and found it to be very good; lightly grilled with a thin coating of olive oil to prevent it from sticking and drying out. Served with pickled ginger, wasabi and some soy sauce, it's hard to beat!

Why dine out?

Disappointed. The tuna looked and smelled good, but the consistency was subpar. I seared it as I usually do, but the tuna was not tender, rather was rubbery to the point that neither my wife nor I wanted to finish it.

These Tuna Steaks leave a metallic aftertaste in your mouth. I thought it was just a bad Batch but second time was worse. Steer clear.
