How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies With Whole Milk
To make awesome chocolate chip cookies using Member's Mark Vitamin D Whole Milk, first, preheat your oven to 375°F and melt one cup of unsalted and salted margarine or butter. In a medium mixing bowl, sift together two-and-a-quarter cups of bread flour, one teaspoon salt and one teaspoon baking soda. In a second medium mixing bowl, beat together your melted butter with a quarter cup of white granulated sugar and one-and-a-quarter cup of light brown sugar for about two minutes at medium speed. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together one egg, one egg yolk, two tablespoons of Member's Mark Vitamin D Whole Milk and one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract. Reduce your mixer's speed and slowly incorporate the egg mixture. In your wet mixture, gradually pour in your dry flour mixture. Fold in two cups of semisweet chocolate chips. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve alongside a big glass of whole milk.
