Love this meat. Usually tender. It's a lot better than the packaged in store as I find those cuts to be too thick and dry. The cheek meat is good though and at a
Good price

Tender meat at good price

These cheeks are not trimmed. By the time I was done trimming I had about 50% waste between the fat and sinue. I smoked them and they were just delicious. Would buy again? Just know that you loose aboy half the weight to trimming.

Good quality a lot of waste

Disappointed. I usually receive a beef cheek packet with some fat but this packet was more than half fat! From now on I will go to the store to select that particular kind of meat.

Too much fat

It was tender enough but we didntcare for the slimy greasy part of it.  It is mostly fat and slimy, not leaving much good meat. A lot of themeat went to the dogs. I wanted a refund.

Don't waist your money

The cut was mainly fat, had to trim a large portion off from it. I've had much beeter cuts of meat from other store brands

Too fatty

Bought a 6.75lb package of beef cheeks, after trimming all the fat and grissle from this glob of meat was only left with 2.25lbs of usable cheek meat. Way over priced for what you get!

Not too cheeky

Over half of this was fat and gristle. I expected there to be a good bit of waste, but this was u acceptable. Once trimmed it was too much $ per pound of meat. It was delicious, just too much waste.

Excessive Waste

I put this on the smoker, it was very tasty.  After trimming the fat and silver skin off this I had two pounds of meat and three pounds of waste.  Yes, because I was so disappointed in the pile of meat I weighed both piles.  I will not buy again.  I will not recommend.

Effectively more than double the price per lb.

I have seen good and bad beef cheek meat, I think these are the leftovers from the bad one, its really just a bunch of Fat, if you don't have the chance to go and select it by yourself don't order it online as I did because you will get just horrible, hard, thick, white fat...

I got MAYBE 2 little pieces of actual "meat" from this and paid WAY too much for trash. At least 75% of what was in the package went in the garbage
