Steak Prep and Cooking Suggestions:
We suggest cooking Member’s Mark steak within 1 - 2 days after purchase. To create Country Fried Steaks, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Cook in a skillet over medium heat with melted butter and sliced onions. Brown steaks on each side. Once steaks are brown on each side, add 1 cup of water. Place lid on skillet and simmer steaks for 30 minutes. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes, vegetables,and a dinner roll. Cube steaks can also be breaded by coating the steaks with flour or cornmeal.
