Did take some time assembling but I was prepared for that by reading other reviews. It is a durable quality toy for the kids. I taped all the food boxes but they still got pretty destroyed after the first week. I would suggest buying a set of plastic foods for longer use. Anyways, it came with tons of detail, labels, chalk, the belt works with a manual spinning handle/knob, the scanner beeps as each item passes through, the screen is totally functional as well as the microphone. It’s super cute and it’s so similar in size and functionality as the Melissa and Doug grocery store, you would be mistaken if you didn’t purchase this one for half the price. Grandma has the Melissa and Doug one so I can truly say they are comparable in quality and detail. My kids, 2,4, & 5, have spent hours playing with this toy. We do have a metal shopping cart which worked out great with this set as well!

Great quality, very similar to other name brands

This is Amazing product the kids love it!
And took about 20mins to put together its real wood and looks like real shopping market. My oldest is 9 years age and can also play pretend in market.

Pretend market

It took me 6 hours to put together because I had toddlers running around with excitement but using the app suggested by Sam’s when I purchased helped tremendously. It’s great quality, makes sounds on the scanner and keypad , and super sturdy !! The boxes are flimsy but I’m sure would hold up better if stuffed with something and taped for enforcement but super cute .  Overall for the price I paid in comparison to all te others on the market, I would suggest this to everyone !

I should have been bob the builder

My 4 year old loves it. Wasn't too bad to put together. The cash register mic is my daughter's favorite. I did reinforce the play food box's that came with tape to prolong their play life.

Adorable play store

Love this Toy Grocery Store. Great Quality and so many included accessories for a great price. You get so much more for the money verses the Melissa & Doug store. Some people have complained that's it stopped working a couple days. We swapped out the included batteries and the Check Out feature says it needs to have proper lighting for it to scan items. We love it!

Great Value Toy Grocery Store

Good Quality Materials, took my husband 3 hrs total putting it together, instructions were fairly easy to translate, my 3 year old loves this, the mic works like a real intercom, and the scanner beeps.

Best Play Station in our playroom

This is a really great quality! So many acessories are included but we did but extras. Be sure to sit aside 3 hours for assembly! The quality is fantastic. My little girl absolutely LOVES it. We encourage lots of pretend play in our home. Get it!

My 8 year old loves it. The scanner sometimes is over or under sensitive. Great value.

Quickie Mart

Bought this as a Christmas present for my 4 yo little girl. Although it took about 3 hours to put together, it seems very sturdy and she absolutely loves it. She played with it allllll Christmas Day! 

Only gripes so far are the scanner that only works in bright light and the choices on food groups, labels and groceries. It centered around baked goods, sugar and junk which we do not allow in our house and I do not view as items that should be consumed. For this reason, I had to make almost all new labels for meat cheese veggies etc and found new play food at various other stores, saving and taping up real boxes, cans etc from actual groceries. A little annoying, but worked great especially since what was provided looked super fake and were things like “sugar”, “pasta”, “candy”, “baking”, etc.

I loved the idea of this for my very imaginative daughter. After three hours of assembly she was so excited to play with it only to discover the tablet part that goes with the scanning system was broken, the on off switch doesn’t move therefor we cannot turn it on to get the full effect of the toy. She was very let down as this was her birthday gift.
