Replaced two aging patio heaters and this one is far superior in every way. It is well built and the shelf with the LED light is awesome.  Was so impressed I went back and purchased a second one. Also found the directions were well done and easy to follow.

Awesome Patio Heater!

I'm a new cigar smoker, and as you may know, cold weather and cigars don't go together. I needed an outdoor heat source so I can enjoy my stories, and searched the internet and found various pricing on what seemed to be the same heat output. Found this one in sams club which came with a LED lighted table as well. Great quality construction. Heavy duty SS. Could not be happier with this purchase. Will buy another for the back deck

Let their be heat

This is our third purchase of an outdoor heater and by far, is it the best.  We purchased this heater when it was on sale for $149.99  and wished that we got purchased several more.  You can't go wrong with this heater.

Best Outdoor Heater for your Money

Great quality for the price.  LED table did not work but I called the number listed in instruction booklet and they promptly are shipping me a replacement.

Patio Heater

Bought 2 of these to extend back porch/deck outdoor football viewing season. So glad I did as they put out a great deal of heat and the adjustable table is great for holding guests drinks etc.

“Hot”

So this item is better than others I have seen.  We love the led table. It is VERY SHARP be careful putting it together.  Also the blue protective wrap is RIDICULOUS to get off.  It is stuck in some places we can not remove it.  Disappointed in this.  See pictures.  Item works good.

Blue plastic wrap is not cool.

Great Heater, PAIN to put together. The main body ships with blue protective plastic, that I'm pretty sure should have been removed before it was manufactured. The body is riveted together, and it's impossible to get the plastic out from under the overlaps and rivets. I spent over an hour just picking away the plastic, but there's still blue pieces sticking out from where I couldn't get to it.

Good heat, but have fun putting it together.

The setup was pretty easy and it took about 45 min. I like that there is a little cocktail table attached, but the battery powered light flickers. It's sounds like a great idea, but its not that practical and not that bright either. The center pole is not that sturdy, so if anyone accidentally pushes the pole it may bent. All in all though, this is a great propane heating unit where you don't have to plug in so you can move it around your yard without the cord. 

The heating range on low is 5x5 heating radius and 8x8 when in full blast.

Fantastic value, but it has some flaws

Price and assemble are both good.  My problem is that the reflector is too small and does not provide the heat I wanted.  (It provide heat just not like the one I had before with a larger reflector.)  The LED table is a gimmick that does not provide any substantive value.

I received the shipment with the top plate damaged. It was a nightmare to get a replacement when i was directed to go through the Sam's Club customer service. After almost 2 weeks of follow up i was able to get the full item replaced.

Customer Service needs to IMPROVE

Assembled the item step by step. Started out that the bottom was dinged but used pliers to make it fit. Proceeded till the end. Top 4 pieces are completely dinged. Not happy to have to disassembled the whole thing again to return.
