Heating Instructions (Do Not Overcook)
Stovetop (Recommended): Preheat a non-stick pan with 1-1/2 Tbsp of canola oil or olive oil over medium heat. Remove beef from the pouch and reserve natural juices. For edium rare: separate the sirloin into stacks of 3 slices, keeping the slices in the stack together. Add the stacks to the preheated pan and sear for 1-1/2 minutes on each side. For well-done: lay individual slices in preheated pan and heat for 30 seconds on each side. Once the slices have been seared, remove the sirloin from the pan. Add the natural juices to the pan and heat. Pour heated juices over the sirloin slices and serve.
