Sam's has the Best Rotisserie Chicken I have ever eaten and the price cannot be beat. It's so juicy and moist with exceptional flavor. I would recommend this to everyone and do!

Sam's Rotisserie Chickens are the Best!

The first day we have wings and legs, usually with green beans and mashed potatoes. The second day take one breast and make curry on rice; if you find curry hot, top it with cottage cheese and bacon bits. Take the second breast, cut into small pieces and make chicken salad - just add celery (cut into small pieces), mayonnaise, garlic salt and a little turmeric - it's great and lasts for days in the fridge.

Retired? On a budget? Like food? Get this chicken!

I ordered pickup therefore the chicken was picked for me. The staff did not inspect the chicken before placing on rack for customer purchase because if they had they would have seen the wings were charred black . When food becomes burnt to that point the entire chicken will taste burnt.

Sometimes the chicken is not completely cooked and last time i grab one (05/02/25) it was raw  mostly under the wings and between the legs but is almos like it needs a little bit of more time on the oven, every time i get home and cut it down on pieces and then put it on the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes depending on how raw is

We love the flavor, and the value, but a quick meal this is not. 9 out of 10 times we end up having to put these birds back in the oven to finish cooking them. Really wish the guys in the kitchen would get a meat thermometer and some lessons on how to use it.

Sorry, really don't like my chicken rare.

Never received. Was quoted an additional wait of 20 minutes when picking up my curbside order, but couldn't wait. The associate took down my last name again, and mentioned it would be refunded to my card. Very disappointing. To compound this, the refund still has not been received! Also, once retuning home to unload balance of order that was picked up, over half the potted waters from one package were leaking, and had to be thrown out.This was due to the fact the associate simply "threw" the waters into the car as opposed to simply placing them in the back seat. While I love Sam's and usually get great service, this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would love someone reaching out to confirm a credit of one chicken, and one case of water has been refunded to my original form of payment. Apologies in advance for such a long rant, but have not received any responces in regards to how this will be taken care of. Thanks very much in advance!

Dissappointing Experience with Curbside Pickup!!!

Raw in the inside! Disgusting! Don't know how this could even happen but it was full on raw at points where I cut into it. I've worked in food service and restaurants for many years so I'm not oblivious to what cooked but pink versus raw looks like and this was RAW!

Received raw chicken when it was cut into!

I'm very disappointed in Sam's Rotisserie Chicken! It 3 times now that i bought 2 chickens and had to throw them away. The second time I deboned 2 at the same time and the legs were raw. I called them a d they said to not reheat them just throw them away. No chicken dinner that night. They did return my money for those 2. Now I'm going to the store to get my next refund.
I'm I the only one this is happening too?

Always Raw

Never all the way done in the inside.  Chickens are possibly too big but can you please do something about this?  I was standing there and another customer commented on the say thing.  Stating she also have to recook her chicken because it's not done in the inside.
