Sourced from a family-owned smokehouse in East Texas with over 70 years in the meat smoking industry, Member's Mark Pulled Pork is barbecued slow and low. It has no artificial ingredients, phosphates, nitrates or nitrites. Endorsed by the Kansas City BBQ Society, this pork shoulder meat is immersed in the smoke of hickory and other hardwoods for eight hours. The process makes it tender and full of flavor. This meat is then pulled to perfection.
