Love my new glider bench! So easy to assemble. Took two of just under 30 mins once we got it set up.  The parts were all marked with little stickers so they were easy to identify. It’s glides smoothly and is wonderful quality. We had one sleek and with a tiny squirt of oil that went away. Can’t wait for it to be warm enough to enjoy it for more than a few minutes!

Recommended and buying a second one!

We bought two of these to put on our screened patio and are very pleased with them so far.  They appear to be well built and sturdy.  They are comfortable and attractive.  One of them was missing a threaded screw insert, so I had to improvise with a long self-threading screw, but that was the only issue found.

Nice Bench

Searched and searched for a quality white glider and decided on this one. I received this in just a couple days, packaged to prevent damage and all the parts were there.  It was fairly easy to assemble.  The glider is smooth and a nice degree of motion.  No pad is needed as the design is comfortable to sit on.  But of course a pad will provided a nice pop of color. I bought the matching rockers as well.

Love This!

I searched for quite some time for a nice outdoor bench for a recent backyard update.   Ironically I was searching Sams Club website and stumbled upon this bench. It was an amazing find and to top it off, it glides!   On Mothers Day, my mom and I was able to sit on the bench together and enjoy our backyard.

Great find

My husband and I put this together in about half an hour (while watching Hogans Heroes), and it is sturdy and attractive. We have it on our front porch and enjoy sitting some evenings for a relaxing glide while we catch up on our days. The gray is a nice neutral and is holding up well in the weather. I think we’ll take it to the basement once the snow starts.

Great glider

Bought this for the front porch and absolutely love it. Easy to assemble.  Just follow the instructions. I'd recommend using your own wrench. Your hands may tire out using the ones provided.  The glide is smooth and quiet.  I have a narrow seating area and this does not hit the back wall.  It's perfect!  I got the white and it looks fabulous.

Perfectly Seated

I bought the glider and matching rockers a couple months ago.
Positives:  Nice styling, sturdy construction and easy assembly.  Seat and back slats perfectly contoured for lumbar and tailbone support.  Finish looks good, but time outside will tell.
Negatives:  Two long boards for glider base were missing and, in my humble opinion, the base needs better bracing to avoid/postpone loose joints.  Sam's customer service quickly and effectively handled missing boards and I added a couple of simple braces to address my concerns.

Good product and service.

Beautiful piece, but after putting it together and placing it on our patio, we noticed a crack in the middle slat.  We hadn't even use it yet!   Too late to return.   Will monitor crack and disguise with a pillow!  Pay close attention for damage when yours arrives, before you go through the effort of putting it together.

disappointed

Brown glue leaking out at the seams the day after we assembled this piece. Sam’s Club sent a replacement after I initiated a live chat with Customer Service but I have to somehow disassemble the defective one and mail it back? I paid a neighbor to assemble it! Unfortunately the replacement came in a box that was crushed, opened and taped in more places than not. Would have added photos but unable to, maybe because of the 1star review. What a nightmare. Impossible to locate a number to speak to a real customer service rep. So disappointed.

What a nightmare

Came missing pieces, contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they said they'd send them right away.  Emailed them again and they said it was going to be another 2 weeks until they ship.  Thinking of just returning this pile and getting something at a store before summers over.
