They look like fat wax candles but the taste is what will light up... oh, this analogy is going nowhere. It's good cheese. Nice flavor, creamy, not overpowering. Great with fruit and rosemary flavored Aldi-Triscuts. Also, no wax. You will like it.

This cheese was recommended by a friend, now it's the only smoked Gouda my husband will buy. He loves it as do our guests at get togethers.

I love smoked Gouda cheese, but this pasteurized processed cheese product was disappointing. While it had a good flavor, it had a rubbery texture and wouldn't melt. On the plus side, it was easy to slice.
