How Do You Prepare Member's Mark Frozen Mahi Mahi?

You can prepare Member's Mark Frozen Mahi Mahi from either a frozen or thawed state. Rinse frozen fillets under cold running water or place in refrigerator overnight until completely thawed.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with foil and season fillets. Bake from frozen for 23-25 minutes; thawed for 15-20 minutes. Fish is ready when meat flakes when tested with a fork.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season thawed fillets and grill for 5 minutes per side. Fish is ready when meat flakes when tested with a fork.
