For some reason Members Mark heavy cream keeps much longer in the fridge than the creamer I was purchasing from the local supermarket at a better price. I used half of the container to make a retro frozen fruit salad and a cream cheese whipped cream frosting for chocolate zucchini cupcakes. Both a big hit at a family gathering. Fresh homemade whipped cream is the key.

We love that we don't have to buy the big one. This is a perfect sized heavy whipping cream. We make whipped cream for french toast and strawberries. Add a dollop on my coffee. It whipps well and stays creamy.

This heavy cream worked great for making fettuccini alfredo. We had some left over so used it to make some instant pudding with milk and it made the pudding very rich and thick.

Highest fat content compared to other brands "Heavy Cream".

How the best biscuits get started

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it has a known cancer causing agent as one of the ingredients, why cant the ingredients just be milk and cream like others ive found?

Please remove unnecessary additives.

Carrageenan is a common food additive but it may cause digestive side effects and has a potential link to colon cancer.

Polysorbate 80 may have a minor effect on gut microbiota and could potentially increase intestinal inflammation.

Good but has additives that are not good for us.

Sam's has obviously changed the formula of their heavy whipping cream. I would like to know why?
