Frames are cut in our state of the art mill room which utilizes the latest in CNC (computerized numerical control) technology for improved quality and consistency. Corners are reinforced with blocks that are stapled. Every joint is braced with 1.5” coated framing staples. Other features include reinforced seat support rails, seat insulator pad and machine-extruded edge roll for contours.

Spring construction utilizes industrial wrap tempered tie wire for stable seating. No-Sag springs, 8 gauge seat, 12 gauge back. Wax-coated spring clips for no-noise seating. Rot- and mildew-resistant manmade fiber back spring covering.

Our exclusive designs combine the beauty and texture of classic wicker with the durability 1.8 density foam cushions are tested after being slit on a digital Soft Sensor ILD Machine (Indentation Load Deflection) for conformance to specifications. Tailoring

Members Mark patterns are all cut on a CAD-operated system. This insures consistency in cut lines and accuracy in frame fit. Fabrics are cut on our Lectra CNC fabric cutting machines. This technology is beneficial to the quality and tailoring of the finished product. Machine operators use the newest machines available featuring automatic back-tacking starting and stopping to eliminate seam slippage and open seams. 7 stitches per inch (+/-1) on all pressure seams for superior seam strength.
