I discovered that most kids only eat yellow cheese so this tray has a great selection and a great thickness.  I bought 2 for a grad party, cut each long piece in half, and had it on platters in the fridge ready to pull out.  I should have had 3 packs.  The price was great for a 2 pound pre-sliced pack.

Great price and tasty selection

This tray offers an excellent selection for use on a Charcuterie Board!!  The pieces are large and the choices are great. My daughter ate off of this for a week (she loves cheese)!

Great selection

Good flavor and perfect size for throwing them on sliders and crackers. They melt well on the beef sliders and when added with some ham on crackers, they held up to name brands.

Perfect for beef sliders or crackers

I love the convenience of pre-sliced, the variety of flavors, and the fact I can pull the tray out of the package and set it out for appetizers. This is one of my regular choices for parties or casual snacking.

Perfect for parties

I love the Cheese Collection, and my favorite is the ColbylJack Cheese. I like the other two types also. The price was excellent, and I especially loved the variety. The only thing that I would have preferred was better packaging, as it was difficult to manage. I think that maybe if each type of cheese had been packed separately in the overall package, it would be much better, and that way all three wouldn't be exposed, and easily closed in it's own packaging. The quality of each type of cheese was excellent, and like I said the price was so very affordable.

Cut each piece in thirds so the size would perfectly fit on crackers. Arranged on a nice platter with crackers and horseradish mustard. Guests enjoyed this very much and commented that their favorite cheeses were included. Made a very large beautiful platter. I was impressed with the quality and value!

Great idea for a large platter at a party!

I have purchased this item multiple times, but the last two times the cheese has begun to mold well before the sell by date even though neither had been opened.  In the past, it would keep for a long time, so I liked to keep one or two packages on hand for company or various recipes.  It really is a great item overall and I don't know why it has not kept as well recently.  And yes, it was kept refrigerated.

Really good cheese, great variety, but it was in the refrigerator for 3 days before it started to mold.

Eat it fast

I am disappointed in these thick cut cheese slices. The cheese tastes great, with a nice variety. The thickness is more than double any other brand of sliced cheese. The packaging makes you reach in to the side of the cheese. It's difficult to get a slice out. May as well cut the package open for ease of removal.

Slices are Too Thick

We opened this package of cheese and within one day, the cheese was covered with mold. The "use-by" day is March 2025.
