These cookies are excellent. Very soft and fresh. Taste very close to homemade. Like the fact that they are package for a household rather than a celebration, we were able to finish the package of cookies without any waste. Will definitely purchase again.

Family size package

We were having guest over for several days and I bought these hoping they were more like homemade than most.  They were awesome.  I put a cookie in the microwave for a few seconds to warm them slightly and they really did taste like homemade, even without microwaving.  My guests also thought they were great even after being opened for several days.  These would be great if you need to show up with cookies and don't have time to bake them.

Wonderful tasting cookies

These cookies have just the right texture -- not too cake like and not too crisp. The price is amazingly low compared to similar cookies if purchased individually at a bakery.

Just a thank you

I brought this cookie pack to work to share with co-workers. And everyone loved it. The most tasty was chocolate! Then the one in the middle. One thing that could be improve, however, is the cookies on the left of the picture (I forgot the name) are broken down too easily. We pick it up and it already fall apart.

Awesome cookies, loved by everyone

Wish you could buy only one flavor. No one eats the white chocolate cookies. The oatmeal raisin go first and they are awesome. Chocolate chip are good but too easy to make myself.

Wish all were oatmeal raisin.

Have always loved the cookies but the significant price raising of these cookies will now greatly reduce the number of times I'll purchase these cookis.

Inflated cookie pricing

We don't like the macadamia nut cookies. We'd really would prefer a package of just Oatmeal raisin cookies. We have spoken to clerks and we were told they've don't do it that way.

OATMEAL ONLY

All cookies were great except the oatmeal which was the ones I mainly wanted. They were too sweet. You don't need that much sugar for oatmeal cookies considering the raisins are already extra sweet. Never again!

Oatmeal?

The location in Matthews, NC used to have the best cookies and it was quite evident a while back they hired a new baker. Now the cookies are either really good or really bad (baked too long making them hard and inedible). I asked someone if there was standard baking directions and was told it's up to the baker. Clearly, they don't eat their own baking because if they did, they'd realize how terrible they are. Please show this person how to bake or do quality control!! The perfectly baked cookies shouldn't take your teeth out!!! I've stopped buying when they're not a light tan color bc I don't want to chip a tooth bc someone doesn't know how to bake.
